Before questions, before decisions, before any change, there's one simple moment:Stop, breathe, and listen to what's happening inside.

Here you can take your time to understand what the VibeTune528 process is, what happens in a session, what the CAPSoul experience is like, what role NLP, sound and frequencies play, and get clarity, confidence and aligned expectations. Before you start

Personal, emotional and mindful guidance that combines precise conversation, NLP, guided imagery, sound and frequencies. It is not medication and not medical treatment — it's gentle inner work to release automatic patterns.

You don't need to know anything beforehand. The process is built around who you are, what's on your mind right now, and what suits your own pace.

There is no fixed number of sessions. After the fit call we define a goal and look together at what a responsible, appropriate next step looks like.

That's completely legitimate. Many people who come here have already tried other approaches. The approach here is different — it combines conversation, body, frequencies and personal tools, and it doesn't require you to be in any particular place to begin.

Leave your details, and we'll get back to you for a short conversation to see whether this is a good fit for both of us.

Fit call

A relaxed conversation of a few minutes where you share what's on your mind, and I explain how the process works. No pressure and no commitment — just a mutual check for fit.

Usually between 10 and 20 minutes, at your own pace.

No. The initial introductory call is free and involves no commitment to continue.

That's completely fine. The call exists exactly for that — to check together, honestly, whether what I offer fits what you're looking for right now.

Yes. Anything said in the call and in the process is handled discreetly, and used only to the extent necessary to provide and secure the service, by authorized parties, with your consent, or when law or safety considerations require it, in accordance with the site's privacy policy.

CAPSoul

A quiet, tailored space combining conversation, breath, sound and frequencies in a deliberately designed environment. It's not a spa and not a medical clinic — it's a room for calm, inner work.

Every person experiences it differently — some describe calm, clarity, or a shift in the intensity of the experience. There's no promise of a specific outcome.

The elements of the experience are adjusted with your consent, and any stimulus can be lowered, changed or stopped. If there's a complex medical, mental-health or neurological condition, it's important to consult a licensed professional before starting.

Yes. Most people who come haven't encountered this world before, and no special preparation is needed.

Focused emotional work

The 60–90 minute range shown on the site refers to sessions in general. The focused emotional format includes an opening conversation, guided work in CAPSoul, and a closing — but its length isn't necessarily the same. The length of the in-room portion and the overall duration will be shared in advance, during the fit call, before booking the session.

No. Only the information needed to focus the work and maintain fit and safety is required. You can choose what to share, move at your own pace, and ask to stop or change the guidance and the stimuli in the room at any stage.

A single session lets you focus on a defined experience and see how the work affects the way it shows up for you. The experience varies from person to person and there's no commitment to a specific outcome. When there are several layers involved, we can look at whether a gradual process is a fit.

No. The session is not intended for diagnosis and does not replace medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment when that is needed. In cases of acute distress, significant impairment in functioning, immediate danger, or thoughts of self-harm, please seek urgent professional help or local emergency services.

NLP, guided imagery and frequencies

NLP is a tool that helps identify how thoughts, feelings and habits connect, and understand what can be refined so that an automatic reaction becomes a conscious choice.

Guided imagery helps reach inner places that are hard to reach through conversation alone — to soften tension, meet memories, and open up new possibilities.

Sound and frequencies are part of the sensory environment of the session. We don't attribute a physiological or medical effect to them, and they are not a substitute for medical treatment. Their role is to create a quieter environment, more attuned to inner work.

These tools are not presented as proven medical treatment. Their use is experiential and supportive, as part of personal, tailored guidance, and the experience varies from person to person.

Smoking and habits

No. I don't promise a result, and I don't present the process as addiction treatment. This is mindful, emotional work aimed at softening the pattern and strengthening personal choice.

Yes, many people who come here have lived with the pattern for years. We work on what holds the pattern in place internally, not just on the habit itself.

Anyone who has completed the original process and returned to smoking can repeat the full process at no extra cost, up to one repeat every 30 days, for 12 months from the end of the original process. The request is submitted in writing and arranged in advance, subject to availability and the cancellation and lateness terms. This is not a commitment to any outcome.

Recurring patterns — like procrastination, emotional eating, repetitive thoughts, or automatic behavior that no longer serves you.

Category

Anxiety and inner overload

No. The process is not a treatment for anxiety and not psychological or psychiatric treatment. It is emotional and mindful guidance, and it does not replace a licensed professional when treatment is needed.

In a crisis, suicidal state, active mental illness, or a complex diagnosis, it's important to first turn to qualified medical or mental-health treatment.

The experience is personal and varies from person to person, and there's no commitment to an outcome. The session offers a place to pause, observe, and practice a different response, and each person experiences it in their own way.

Emotional eating, sugar and gluten

No. I'm not a dietitian and I don't give nutritional guidelines. I accompany the emotional and mindful side of your relationship with food.

The process helps you understand what the craving is serving emotionally. What actually changes is personal to each individual, and there's no promise of an outcome here.

Yes. We don't work on counting calories but on what drives the eating. This complements a nutritional process — it doesn't replace it.

Category

Support after the session

You get a short personal daily practice, simple guidelines, and WhatsApp support to help it settle in.

Yes, there is ongoing WhatsApp support throughout the process.

We talk about it openly. We can adjust the pace, the tools, or decide together that this isn't the right time. There's no pressure here.

Category

Responsibility, confidentiality and what matters to know

No. The process is personal, emotional and mindful guidance only, and does not constitute diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological treatment, psychiatric treatment, addiction treatment, or nutritional counseling.

No. Every person is different, and success also depends on personal readiness, practice and follow-through. I offer tools, guidance and full respect for the process — not promises.

Anything shared is handled discreetly and used only to the extent necessary to provide and secure the service, by authorized parties only, with your consent, or when law or safety considerations require it, in accordance with the site's privacy policy.

In any complex medical, mental-health, addiction or nutritional situation, or when something feels like a crisis, it's important to reach out to a licensed professional alongside or before this process.

Who this is for

Who is this for?

For people who already understand, on some level, what needs to change — but in practice something inside keeps pulling them back to the same pattern.

It's especially suited for anyone who feels they're not really choosing, but rather being triggered — by habit, fear, an urge, emotional overload or an automatic reaction.

01

For people who keep returning to the same pattern

When you know what's right for you, but at the moment of truth you go back to the same reaction, the same habit, or the same slip.

03

For people with overload, restlessness or an automatic urge

When there's noise inside, pressure, recurring thoughts, or a need to escape into a cigarette, sugar, a screen, food or another habit.

04

For people who want to release a habit, not just talk about it

Not just understanding why it happens, but going through a process that connects thought, feeling, body and the subconscious.

05

For people looking for a personal process, not a template

For anyone who understands that every person comes with a different story, different triggers and a habit built differently, and needs a personal fit.

If you recognize yourself in any of these, the change you're looking for may not need more willpower — just a new way of listening to what's driving you from within.
