The CAPSoul

The CAPSoul of VibeTune528

A guided, calm, multi-sensory space.

CAPSoul is a calm, experiential multi-sensory space designed to support pausing, listening inward, and guided work with emotions, habits and patterns.

A space adapted to the person and the focus

Every element in the room is adjusted through conversation and consent, to create a quiet, orderly space that is comfortable to work in. Any stimulus can be lowered, changed or stopped at any point.

A multi-sensory experience

The experience may combine lighting, sound, scent, touch and guided imagery. Each element is chosen with consent and is meant to support calm, focus and presence; it does not treat the emotion and does not make the change on the person's behalf.

What happens in a session

In the general sessions, the part in the room may last up to an hour. In the focused emotional format, the length of the conversation, the work in the room and the closing are shared in advance during the fit call. The work may combine conversation, NLP, guided imagery, sound and lighting.

A new contract with yourself

CAPSoul is designed to support looking at pressures, automatic patterns and loops that keep repeating. The aim is to create more space to examine what you want to change, what you want to strengthen, and which step is possible from here.

Listening to the frequency in the heart

"Listening to the frequency in the heart" expresses an aspiration for more balance, and for looking closely at our choices, needs and wishes.

A quiet environment reduces noise and distraction and may support focus and listening inward — to ourselves, to what we want, and to the question of which calmer, more precise response we would like to explore.

CAPSoul is a space designed to support pausing, breathing and observing, so that a new response or step can be considered.

Why here

Why VibeTune528?

Sometimes a good starting point is recognising what keeps getting triggered right now.

If you have already tried to understand, to control, to stop, to start over — and still find yourself returning to the same habit, the same pattern or the same automatic response — you can check whether guided work that combines thought, emotion and body fits your focus.

01

Not another generic method

Every process is built around your specific pattern, the triggers, the emotion underneath, and the way the habit works on you. Not one fixed template for everyone.

What it gives you: A process that speaks to you, not to a template.

02

Conversation alongside a guided experience

Alongside the conversation, the work may include an experience felt in the body, in emotion and in awareness. The environment is meant to support calm, focus and presence, and the experience differs from person to person.

What it gives you: A chance to notice what shifts in experience, not only to understand it.

03

A discreet, calm, non-judgemental space

There is nothing to prove here. This is a respectful space, designed so you share only what feels right, at your own pace.

What it gives you: You choose what to share and move at your own pace.

04

Conversation, NLP and guided imagery

Mindset and experiential tools are combined with human guidance and adapted to the focus, the pace and personal sensitivity.

What it gives you: Adapted to the person's focus and experience.

05

CAPSoul, a multi-sensory experience

Sound, lighting, guided imagery and inner listening create an environment designed to support calm and focus. The facilitator leads the work; the room supports it.

What it gives you: A guided experience added alongside the understanding.

06

Support after the session

At the end you can summarise what came up and choose a practice or a small next step, according to the focus and what was agreed in the session.

What it gives you: Connecting the experience in the room to everyday life.

VibeTune528 was created for people who understand that willpower alone is not always enough — and who want a personal, tailored process for working with habits and automatic patterns.

One space, two starting points

The facilitator leads. CAPSoul creates the conditions for the work.

The room is used both for habit and pattern change processes and for focused emotional work. The sound, the lighting and the multi-sensory environment are adjusted with consent and support calm, focus and presence — they do not make the change on the person's behalf.
