Listen to the frequency in your heart

You can listen to an emotionwithout letting it choose for you.

A personal, focused session around what keeps getting triggered in you right now. We combine conversation with experiential work at CAPSoul to identify the trigger moment and create more space before the reaction.

  • 10–20 minute fit call
  • No obligation
  • Personal and discreet

WhatsApp will open with a ready-to-edit message. There is no need to write personal or sensitive medical information.

Starting with what you feel

What keeps getting triggered in you?

Behind an event that keeps getting triggered, there is sometimes a deeper emotion — insult, humiliation, rejection, guilt, fear, or feeling disregarded. Sometimes it's an old experience touching the same wounded part again, getting triggered today by a similar cue.

Quick entry point

I feel emotionally overloaded

When the heart and the mind keep working even when all you want is a moment to breathe.

"From the outside everything keeps going as usual, and inside everything is piling up at once."

You don't have to know how to explain it

I don't have an exact name for it yet

If it's clear something is triggering you but there's no word for it yet, you can start from there too.

We start with a few short questions and refine the starting point together.

Yoni YaromThe CAPSoul space
The person and the space behind the experience

Who meets you inside the process?

Yoni Yarom, an NLP master and founder of VibeTune528, personally guides the session. The conversation, the listening and the fit to you are the heart of the process.

CAPSoul is the supportive space: sound, lighting and a multi-sensory environment adjusted with consent to help you pause, focus and be present with what comes up.

  • We start with what is showing up right now, with no need to retell everything.
  • Sensitivity to light, sound, scent or overwhelm is checked in advance.
  • Anything can be changed, skipped or stopped at any moment.

Personal experiences from the process

People share, in their own words, how they experienced the session and what mattered most to them.

These testimonials describe a personal experience. The experience and results vary from person to person, and there is no promise of a result.

What a session looks like

Four steps, at your pace and with your consent

  1. 01

    Fit and focus conversation

Together we define the emotion or experience, the situation it appears in, and what the person would like to feel or do differently.

  2. 02

    A personal starting point

You can rate the intensity of the experience from 0 to 10 as a personal, non-diagnostic measure, to know where to start.

  3. 03

    Guided work at CAPSoul

Conversation, guided imagery, sound, lighting and a tailored multi-sensory environment are meant to support calm, focus and presence. The facilitator leads; the room supports.

  4. 04

    Closing and connecting to life

We check what changed in the experience, summarise, and choose a small step or practice to take into daily life.

What can you aim to take from one session?

Clarity

Identifying what triggers the emotion and what happens right before the reaction.

Space

Practising one way to pause between the trigger and the automatic action.

A next step

Leaving with a practice or personal action you can take into daily life.

One session is not a promise to solve everything. At the end we check whether a useful step was taken, and what's right from here.

Before starting, sensitivity to light, sound, scent or overwhelm is checked. Every element is adjusted with consent, and can be lowered, changed, skipped or stopped at any stage.

You can start small

Start with one session. Continue only if it's right for you.

There's no need to choose a track in advance. Start with a short message, and every practical detail is agreed before scheduling the session.

  1. 01

    A ready message opens

You can edit it, and there's no need to detail everything.

  2. 02

    We check the fit

Yoni personally gets back to you for a short 10–20 minute conversation.

  3. 03

You decide only once you know

You receive in advance the length, location, price and scheduling options.

Recommended starting point

One focused emotional session

You choose one focus, meet it through conversation and experiential work, and at the end check what's right to take forward. There's no obligation to continue.

This is a first, focused session, not a promise to resolve the topic in one go. At the end we check whether a useful step was taken, and whether it's right to pause, continue, or choose a different response.

An option for gradual continuation

If, after the first session, a need for continuation comes up, a gradual offer is built together. There's no decision in advance and no obligation. The option is presented only if it fits what actually came up.

First you meet, then you decide. If it's right to continue, the options and cost will be presented transparently before any commitment.

Fit and safety come first

This may be a fit when

  • There is a recurring emotion that triggers an automatic reaction.
  • There is a wish to actively take part in an experiential process.
  • You're looking for a focused session, not a diagnosis.
  • There is willingness to explore the experience without a promised outcome in advance.

A different or additional response is needed when

  • There is acute psychological distress or an active crisis.
  • There is significant and ongoing harm to functioning.
  • It involves complex trauma, depression, suicidality, psychosis, or a condition requiring diagnosis.
  • Qualified medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment is needed.

This service is not an emergency response. In acute distress, an active crisis, or thoughts of self-harm, please contact emergency services or a qualified professional immediately.

Questions before you start

What happens after sending a message?

A chat opens with a ready-to-edit message. Yoni gets back to you personally, asks a few short questions and checks the fit in a 10–20 minute conversation. If there is a fit, you receive in advance the session length, the location, the price and the scheduling options, and only then decide.

Do I have to share everything that happened?

Not necessarily. We start with what gets triggered today, and you can choose how many details to share. The story is not ignored, but there is also no obligation to go into every detail to start checking the fit.

How long does a focused emotional session last?

The session length and the split between conversation, work in CAPSoul, and a tailored close are set according to the focus and agreed in advance during the fit call. General sessions on the site usually last 60–90 minutes; the focused format will be given an exact time before scheduling.

Is the goal to make the emotion disappear?

No. An emotion is also information, and the goal is not to erase it. The work aims to reduce overwhelm, change the relationship with the experience, and create more space before the reaction.

What is CAPSoul's role in the process?

The facilitator leads the work. The sound, lighting and multi-sensory environment are adjusted with consent and are meant to support calm, focus and presence. Any stimulus can be lowered or stopped.

What happens if there is sensitivity to light, sound, scent or overwhelm?

This is checked in advance during the fit call. Any element can be skipped, its intensity changed, or stopped at any moment. Fit and a sense of control come before using any tool in the room.

Does the session replace emotional or psychological treatment?

No. This is personal, focused emotional and mindset-oriented guidance, and it is not a diagnosis or a substitute for psychotherapy, psychology, psychiatry or medical treatment. When a different or additional qualified response is needed, it is important to choose it.

You don't need to know how to explain everything. It's enough to know something keeps getting triggered.

A chat will open with a ready-to-edit message. Yoni will get back to you personally, you'll check the fit briefly, and only then decide whether to schedule.

This is personal, emotional and mindset-oriented guidance, and it is not a diagnosis or medical, psychological, psychiatric or trauma treatment. CAPSoul and its supporting technology are not a medical device. There is no promise of an outcome, and in a complex or crisis situation you should contact a qualified professional.
