Cancellations and Refunds

Every process at VibeTune528 is personally tailored and built according to the need, goal and situation of the person reaching out. Since this is a personal, emotional and conscious process, a specific outcome cannot be guaranteed in advance.

The customer's rights under law are fully preserved. Nothing in this policy detracts from any right granted to the customer by law, including consumer protection law and any other law applicable to the transaction.

Submitting a request for a personal Frequency Compass journey copy does not create a charge. The total price is ILS 19, and a manual payment link is sent separately by email. The request is held for up to 72 hours; if payment is not confirmed within that period, it expires without charge and without requiring the visitor to cancel it.

After payment is confirmed, the copy is prepared and delivered manually under the instructions sent by email. If the copy is not delivered, cannot be opened or materially differs from what was agreed, the customer may request review and an appropriate remedy according to the circumstances and applicable law.

Cancelling or rescheduling a session is possible with at least 24 hours' advance notice, subject to availability and coordination with VibeTune528.

A later cancellation or a no-show may cause the session to be considered as used, unless decided otherwise in exceptional circumstances or unless the law requires otherwise.

In a case where the service was not actually provided, was cancelled by VibeTune528 without offering a reasonable alternative, or was provided in a manner materially deviating from what was agreed, the customer will be entitled to an appropriate solution according to the circumstances and the law, including rescheduling or a full or partial refund for the part not provided.

VibeTune528 does not commit to a personal outcome, and the absence of a hoped-for outcome is not in itself a breach of the service provided. Once the service has begun or has actually been provided, a request for cancellation or refund will be examined according to what was actually provided, the agreed terms and the applicable law. Nothing herein constitutes a waiver of any right under law or a bar on a claim of material non-conformity.

That said, out of a wish to act fairly and responsibly, a customer who participated in the process, reasonably implemented the guidance, and still feels they did not receive the outcome they hoped for, may apply for an eligibility review for the reinforcement track in accordance with the site's terms of use.

For the smoking cessation process there is a separate return framework: up to one repeat of the full process every 30 days, for 12 months from the end of the original process, in writing and by advance coordination. This framework overrides the general numeric limit of the reinforcement track, and does not constitute a commitment to an outcome. Full details appear in the Terms of Use.

Price, duration and specific cancellation terms will be provided in advance, before scheduling a session and before making a payment. The total price of a personal Frequency Compass copy is ILS 19, and no charge is created when the request is submitted.
