The VibeTune528 method

Before, during and after the session, clear from the start.

VibeTune528 is a personal, guided process that starts with a conversation, moves into focused work in the CAPSoul environment, and ends by connecting the session to everyday life. Here is the whole path with transparency, a personal pace and a practical way forward.

Schedule an intro call
  • 10–20 minute fit call
  • 60–90 minute personal session
  • Pace and tools tailored to the person
Inside the session

What actually happens when we meet?

There is no rigid script you have to fit. There is a clear professional framework for understanding what activates the pattern, choosing a goal, and working at a pace where you can stay present and in control.

  1. 01 · Arrive

Settle in at an unhurried pace

We begin with a short orientation to the space, explain what is available, and clarify what does not have to be used. You can ask, adjust your position, request a change, or stop at any point.

  2. 02 · Choose a focus

Talk about the moment that needs to change

You do not need to tell your whole life story. We focus on a recurring situation, the trigger, what happens in body and mind, and the response you would like to have available instead of the automatic one.

  3. 03 · Map

Understand what the pattern is trying to do for you

We explore what the habit, urge, or response provides in the moment, what has already been tried, and what may make another choice possible without fighting yourself.

  4. 04 · Work

    Experiment with another possibility

Depending on the goal, the session may include conversation, NLP, guided imagery, voice guidance, sound, or environmental tools. You participate actively; the tools do not work instead of you.

  5. 05 · Integrate

Leave with something you can recognise and practise

We summarise what mattered, identify the moment of choice in daily life, and select a short practice or action. The work is not meant to remain only inside the room.

The pace remains yours

You never have to close your eyes, disclose something you do not want to share, or use every tool. You can speak, ask, open your eyes, change the intensity, or stop. Consent and comfort are checked throughout the session, not only at the beginning.

The toolkit

What do the different tools actually mean?

Not every tool is used in every session. We choose only what serves the goal, is understood, and feels appropriate in the moment.

Focused conversation & NLP

Mapping language, triggers, and response patterns.

Questions and exercises help explore how the experience is represented, what activates the automatic response, and what another response might look like through collaborative work.

Guided imagery

Directing attention to an image, feeling, or new possibility.

The guide uses description and questions to support inner observation and rehearsal. You do not need vivid pictures; words, sensations, and meaning work too. You remain aware and can stop at any time.

Voice guidance

Words, questions, and attention cues at an adjusted pace.

Voice helps maintain a thread and guide attention through the exercise while you stay aware, choose, respond, ask for clarification, or change the pace.

Sound & frequencies

An audio layer supporting a steady, focused setting.

Sound, music and frequencies create a consistent, comfortable environment that supports focus and guided work.

Multi-sensory environment

Light, sound, and sometimes other sensory elements.

The space is designed to reduce distraction and support presence. Every element is adjusted to personal sensitivity and preference, and anything uncomfortable can be reduced or turned off.

Supportive technology

Systems that shape a quiet, focused and personally adjusted environment.

Audio, lighting, and experiential content can support focus and guidance. The guide leads the process and the person does the work; technology remains a supporting tool.

The person leads. The tools create conditions.

CAPSoul's value comes from a precise goal, human guidance, active participation and practice beyond the session.

The experience

What might it feel like?

There is no single correct feeling. Some people experience calm and focus, some notice emotion or thoughts, and some mainly experience clarity. The goal is not a dramatic effect; it is accurate, safe work.

There is no test to pass

You do not need to react in a particular way or reach a special state. Every response is information that helps tailor the session.

You can talk throughout

The session does not have to happen in silence. You can ask, clarify, say something does not fit, or request a pause.

More than one feeling can show up

Calm, curiosity, resistance, emotion, or tiredness can all appear. No single feeling proves the process worked or failed.

The close includes orientation

We do not rush you out. There is time to summarise, settle, and connect what came up to the rest of your day.

Practical information

How long does it take, and how many sessions are needed?

The length of the process follows the goal, complexity, pace, and what actually happens, not a fixed package sold in advance.

10–20

Minutes for a fit call

A short, free conversation to understand the topic, explain the path and see whether moving forward makes sense.

60–90

Minutes per session

Including opening conversation, guided work, summary, and a practical next step. The pace varies from person to person.

Personal

Number of sessions

One session can create meaningful focus; some goals benefit from several. Continuation is decided together according to the goal and what happens in practice.

Who guides me

The technology is in the room. Yoni Yarom leads the session.

Yoni Yarom, founder of VibeTune528 and NLP Master, guides the mapping, the session, and the connection to everyday life. His role is not to change you for you, but to hold a clear framework, ask, refine, and adapt the work to what emerges.

  • Explains what will happen and the purpose of each tool.
  • Checks pace, comfort, and consent throughout.
  • Keeps the focus without forcing disclosure or interpretation.
  • Summarises with you what to take and what comes next.

After the session

Change is tested in life, not only in the feeling inside the room.

We do not finish with only ‘that was interesting’. We translate what came up into a real moment you can recognise, a short action you can take, and a clear decision about what comes next.

  1. 01

    Summarise

Put into words what mattered and what became clearer about the pattern or goal.

  2. 02

    Choose a practice

Leave with an action, reminder, or short exercise for the moment the trigger appears.

  3. 03

    Observe

Notice what changes, what remains automatic, and where more precision is needed, without turning a slip into failure.

  4. 04

    Decide what comes next

Continue independently, arrange follow-up, or choose another session as needed. The decision is transparent and pressure-free.

Is there support between sessions?

The scope is tailored personally. If a check-in, message, practice or follow-up call is useful, we agree in advance what is included, through which channel and at what pace.

No unanswered questions

Frequently asked questions about the process

Do I need to know exactly what the problem is?

No. It is enough to know what keeps recurring, gets in the way, or you would like to experience differently. The fit call and mapping turn a general feeling into a clear working focus.

Do I have to share very personal information?

No. You share only what is relevant and feels appropriate. There is no need to send medical or sensitive personal information to check fit.

What if I cannot visualise pictures?

Guided imagery does not depend on vivid images. We can work with words, bodily sensations, memory, sound, or a sense of knowing.

Will I lose control or enter a state I cannot remember?

No. You remain aware, can speak, and can choose at every point. You may open your eyes, change the pace, or stop.

Do I have to use frequencies and technology?

No. They are optional supports. We use what fits the goal and your comfort, and any element can be reduced or left out.

Is one session enough?

One session can create focus, insight or a meaningful step; other goals benefit from several sessions tailored to the goal and pace.

What if something comes up that does not fit this framework?

We pause and reassess. If medical, psychological, psychiatric, addiction, or another qualified form of care is needed, we will say so and recommend the appropriate professional.

Is this medical or psychological treatment?

No. It is personal, emotional, and mindset guidance. It is not diagnosis or a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, addiction, or nutritional treatment.

Where to go next

From the method to the experience itself

Once the stages are clear, you can sample the experiential layer and meet the room where it becomes part of the work.

The first step

You do not need to decide on a process. Start with a fit check.

Write a few words about what you would like to change. We will personally check whether VibeTune528 fits the goal right now, explain what to expect, and agree the cost and support scope in advance.
