Focused mapping & goal setting

Mapping the habit or pattern, identifying triggers and shaping a personal, practical goal.

Instead of speaking generally about what isn't working, we build a map: when it happens, what triggers it, and what the person wants to do differently.

DurationUsually up to an hour, depending on the topic

What happens at this stage

We map the situations where the habit, urge or overload shows up, what happens in the body and mind, what the pattern provides in the moment of truth, and what's already been tried.

How the goal is set

We shape a clear, practical goal connected to everyday life. When useful, SMART principles can help turn a general wish into a direction that's identifiable and practicable.

What you get from it

A personal working map, an agreed goal, and an understanding of which tools may fit the guided session.

What you take from this stage

You leave with a personal working map and a clear focus.
