There are sounds you hear.
And there are sounds that bring us back inward.
528Hz is not a magical promise.
It's a gentle invitation to pause, breathe,
and listen to the frequency in your heart.
There are moments when everything keeps running, the screens, the tasks, the thoughts, the noise.
But inside, something else asks for room.
No more effort. No more load. Just one moment of breath.
In the 528 room of VibeTune528 we created a listening space designed to help you slow down,
soften, and remember your own inner rhythm.
A gentle sound. A slow breath. A simple presence.
This is not a medical treatment and not a promise of a result. It's a listening experience, a small space where sound meets intention, and the heart gets a moment to simply be.
Before trying to understand, listen
You don't need to believe in the frequency and you don't need to expect a result. Simply notice what happens inside, before listening and after.
Before
Rate your current load from 1 to 10. Notice your breath, your shoulders and the pace of your thoughts.
Listening
Close your eyes for a minute, breathe naturally and listen. Don't try to relax and don't try to do it right.
After
Check again: what changed in your body, your breath or your thoughts? Even a small change, or no change at all, is information.
The personal experience isn't scientific proof, but it's an honest way to listen to what's happening in you right now.
Leave a small sentence from the heart, or discover a sentence someone else left just for this moment. It's a place to pause, soften, and let love keep moving through you.Leave a small bit of love of your own, and take an echo home with you.
Not magic. Not just a sound. Research still developing.
528Hz is sometimes called the "frequency of love." It's an intriguing name, but we prefer to be precise: early studies on music tuned around this frequency found possible changes in stress markers, mood and nervous-system activity.
These are interesting findings, not proof of healing and not a reason to attribute any sensation specifically to the number 528. Music, breathing, pausing, expectation and the environment you're listening in can all be part of the experience.
Five minutes, a small study
In a 2018 study with nine participants, changes were observed after five minutes in cortisol, oxytocin and mood measures, compared with music tuned to 440Hz.
A month of practice
A 2025 randomized study of 60 people examined daily listening to OM chanting at 528Hz and found changes in blood-pressure measures, HRV, stress and sleep. It did not isolate the effect of the frequency from the rest of the practice.
What's still not proven
There is currently no sufficient basis for claims about DNA repair, cell healing or medical treatment through 528Hz. So you won't find such promises here.
How we use it
As one element within a multi-sensory environment of sound, breath, guided imagery and intention, designed to help the body slow down and become more available to the process.
The frequency doesn't do the work for you. It helps create the conditions.
When the body slows down a little and thoughts get less of a grip, it's easier to turn attention to what's asking for room.
That's why, in the 528 room, the frequency doesn't stand alone. It's woven into breathing, guided imagery, intention, emotional work and pattern-change tools, so listening turns from background sound into part of a personal process.
Before trying to change the story, we create enough quiet inside to hear a new choice.
Frequency attracts frequency
The frequency you meet today doesn't arrive by chance.
Choose a daily card and let your heart receive a message, a reminder, or a small direction for the road ahead.
Frequency Attracts Frequency
Your daily card for listening to the frequency of your heart
What you'll find here is exactly what your heart needs.
Pause for a moment. Breathe. Choose one card.
The frequency you choose today is the frequency you begin to attract.
Like a mirror shattered into a thousand shards —
and in every shard the whole picture is still reflected
The frequency theory behind the cards
Nothing here is random. There is a frequency, a question, and a precise moment.
Nothing here is random.
Every thought is a wave. Every emotion is a frequency. Every choice creates an echo.
The card that opens in front of you is a mirror of this moment, the person you are right now, the question you're carrying, and the frequency asking to be heard.
Like a mirror shattered into a thousand shards, and in every shard the whole picture is still reflected, so are we: particles of the same light, connected at the root.
When we choose well, think well and act from love, we begin to attract a similar frequency toward us.
Frequency attracts frequency.
Before the card opens, ask your heart one question.
The message that arrives is the echo of your energy in this moment.
Your daily message
Choose only one card.
Before the card opens, ask your heart one question.
Which habit does your heart want to release today?
Choose one area that feels right for this moment. Your choice helps the card open as a more personal message.
After the listening
Before heading back out, take one more breath.
What small thing do I choose to take with me from this experience?
You can leave the answer in your heart, or write it down for yourself.
